Kloster St. Matthias. Bibliothek
An early monastic community at Sankt Matthias became Benedictine in the 10th c. and continued until its dissolution in 1802. The abbey was only re-estalished in the 20th c. The nine manuscripts filmed here date from the 13th to the 16th c. and include liturgical texts, as well as theological miscellanies and one a set of commentaries on Aristotle.
