How it works

Making a gift from your IRA is easier than it sounds:

• Contact your IRA provider
  Request a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) to HMML.
• Provide HMML’s information
  • Legal name: Hill Museum & Manuscript Library
  • EIN (Tax ID): 87-4063122
• Choose your gift amount
  You may transfer up to the annual limit allowed by the IRS.
• Ensure the gift is sent directly
  Your IRA provider must send the funds directly to HMML for the gift to qualify.
• Let HMML know
  So we can properly acknowledge your gift and ensure it’s designated as you intend.
