Maktabat al-ʻAntharī

Private collection of a Zaydī scholarly family in Yemen. Prepared for upload by the Zaydi Manuscript Tradition Project, Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton, NJ; funding provided by the National Endowment of the Humanities and the Gerard B. Lambert Foundation. The al-ʻAntharī collection includes 13 manuscripts of important texts on law, hadith, and theology, with dates ranging from 1588 (ZMT 03062) to 1862 (ZMT 03059).
