Tiroler Landesarchiv: HMML Repository

Tiroler Landesarchiv

Founded in the mid-thirteenth century, this collection contains thousands of items dating from 1185 to the present, of which 1,097 volumes were filmed for HMML. The archive houses extensive collections of account books, records, and documents from religious houses in the Tyrol, many of which were closed in the 18th and 19th centuries: including Kloster Allerengelsberg (Schnals) and Stift Sonnenburg, as well as the Regelhaus and Versperrtes Kloster (both in Innsbruck).
